Document intake

Dossiers that open on a calendar
A process can open its own dossiers — every month, week or year, on your organisation's calendar — each one assigned to a named person. A scheduled dossier is created and waits: nothing is submitted until someone takes it up, so no validation and no approver is ever skipped.
Documents before they expire
Documents with a validity date are watched. The dashboard shows what has expired and what expires within 30 and within 90 days, kept apart, and a dedicated list lets you replace or renew a document without leaving the page. Warnings reach the people responsible on a set cadence — not once a day per document.
